Three demo sites, for three kinds of moving work

A local house mover, an interstate carrier and an office relocation company sell different jobs to different people. These three fictional sites show how the pages, the quote form and the trust details shift to suit each one.

None of these businesses exist. The names, suburbs and mobile numbers are made up, and the numbers come from the ranges the Australian Communications and Media Authority keeps aside for use in fiction. Each demo is a working page, not a picture of one. We do not show client sites or results that are not real yet.

What every demo shares, and what shifts

Every mover's site has to answer the same three things: do you shift what I have, do you drive to where I am, and what is this going to cost me. How it answers depends on the work you sell.

How the three demo sites differ.

Local house mover

Bluegum & Box Removals: built for work sold by the hour

A two-truck outfit running house and unit moves across one side of a city. The people booking are families and renters who want a number quickly and want to know their things will be handled properly.

What the customer is checking

Whether their suburb is on the list, roughly how the hours stack up, and who is driving the truck.

What this build does about it

  • The form opens on move size, so a one-bedroom gets four fields and a family home gets the lot
  • Suburb links run through to pages with that area's parking, lifts and access on them
  • Cover and the damage process sit one tap off the home page
  • The mobile number rides in the header on every page and taps straight to a call

Interstate carrier

Longhaul Crate Co.: built for a big spend, read twice

A long-distance operator running set routes between capital cities, with dedicated trucks and shared backloads. The people booking are planning weeks out and going through three quotes line by line.

What the customer is checking

Whether you drive their route, what separates a dedicated truck from a backload, and how their goods are covered on the road.

What this build does about it

  • The first question is dedicated truck or backload, because that sets both the price and the dates
  • Route pages carry the detail a long-distance customer reads before committing
  • Transit cover and storage each get a page that explains them in plain terms
  • A steady blue palette, because this customer is buying organisation

Office relocations

Deskline Relocations: built to be forwarded to a manager

A commercial mover shifting offices, clinics and studios, mostly after close of business and over weekends. The person booking is usually an office manager who has to explain the choice to somebody above them.

What the customer is checking

That the move happens outside trading hours, that IT gear and files are handled properly, and that there is something to send upstairs.

What this build does about it

  • The main action is booking a site visit, not chasing an instant number
  • Job sizes are grouped by desk count, the way an office actually measures itself
  • A move-day checklist page gives the manager something to forward
  • IT gear and document security are dealt with before anyone has to ask

Yours gets built from your yard, not copied off a demo

The demos show the shape

Which page does what, what the form asks, and where the cover and crew details sit. Your own site runs on your logo, your colours, your photos, your suburbs and your insurance wording. With no brand colours of your own, we pick a plain palette that sits well with your signage.

What the plan covers

Everything in these demos, from the move-size form to the suburb pages, rides in the plan. Logo and brand design do not: if you need a logo, have one made and send us the files. See what's on board and the price: A$249 a month plus A$499 setup, GST may apply.

We build websites. We are not a removal business, and nothing here is advice on moving, packing or insurance cover.

Want one of these built for your trucks?

On the call we map out which pages your site would carry and what the form would ask on each move size. No obligation, nothing to prepare.
