The run, from the first call to your monthly edits
Six stages, tracked like a delivery. You send the facts about the business, we do the building, the hosting and the upkeep. The site goes live within 14 days of us having everything.
The run sheet, stage by stage
Every build follows the same order. Each stage says what is happening and what, if anything, sits with you. Content is what holds builds up, so the checklist further down this page is the quickest road to a live site.
-
Booked
Book the call
A 20-minute call about how you quote, the areas you cover and the jobs you want more of. If the plan is not a fit, we say so on the call.
Your part Tell us how jobs come in today.
-
Packed
Send your content
You get a content checklist: logo, truck and crew photos, service areas, the move types you take on, any prices you want shown, and your insurance and membership details.
Your part Fill in the checklist and send your photos.
-

We build it
We lay out your pages, set up the quote form by move size, set up a page for each service area on your list using the details you sent, and connect your domain.
Your part Nothing, unless we have a question.
-
In transit
Review the preview
You get a private preview link. Check every page on your phone, send one list of changes, and we make them.
Your part Reply with your changes in one go.

What happens on the 20-minute call
The call is about your yard, not a slide deck. We want to hear how work reaches you now and how you put a price on it, because that decides what the site has to carry.
We ask
- Where the work comes from today: the phone, repeat customers, Google, marketplace listings
- The moves you want more of, and the ones you would rather leave alone
- How you price: by the hour, fixed quote, or by volume off an inventory
- The suburbs, regions and interstate runs your trucks actually cover
You get
- The pages your site would carry, in plain words
- What the form would ask on each of your move sizes
- The whole price and the terms, with nothing bolted on later
- A straight no if the plan does not suit the way you work
Nothing to prepare, no obligation. If you go ahead, the content checklist below is what lands in your inbox.
Content checklist
What you send us
The 14-day build starts the day this list is complete. Rough notes or a voice memo are fine: you send the facts, we lay them out. Writing the business from scratch is not part of the plan. If anything is missing, we tell you exactly what is holding it up.
Ticks stay on this page only. Nothing is saved or sent.
What holds a build up in the yard
Delays come from the same four places nearly every time. None of them are hard to head off once you know they are coming.
-
Photos arrive last
Photos are the item most often left until the end. Take them early, on a phone in daylight: trucks side-on with signage, crew in uniform, a well-wrapped load.
-
Domain access is lost
Many businesses have a domain registered years ago by someone who has moved on. Find the login before the build starts, or tell us on the call and we explain what is needed.
-
Insurance details are vague
The insurance page needs specifics: what your cover includes and what the customer should arrange. A quick check with your broker saves a round of back and forth.
-
Preview changes come in pieces
One list of changes, sent together, keeps the timing. Changes that trickle in over a fortnight hold the launch up.
Once you are live, the site keeps up with the yard
The plan does not stop at go-live. Rates go up for the busy season, a suburb gets added, a bigger truck arrives, you stop taking pianos. Each of those is an edit: send a message saying what changes and where it sits.
Up to 5 edits ride along every month, and the ones you do not use do not carry over. At the end of each month you get a report of the quote requests the site took. Anything bigger, like a new page or a new feature, is quoted before we start, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
The terms, no fine print
Setup fee
A$499, invoiced at sign-up. Refunded if you cancel before the build starts.

Term
12-month minimum from go-live, then month to month.
Leaving
Your domain and the content you supplied stay yours. We help you point the domain wherever you choose.
The plan terms set out cancelling, ownership and payment in full.
Questions movers ask about the build
What if I don't have good photos?
Take them on a phone in daylight: trucks side-on and clean, crew in uniform, a well-packed load. We size and lay them out. We don't use stock photos of someone else's truck.
Can I see the site before it goes live?
Yes. You get a private preview link, check every page on your phone, and send one list of changes before it goes live.
What if my content takes a while to pull together?
That is fine. The 14-day build period starts when we have your complete content, so take the time you need. If something is missing we tell you exactly what.
Do I have to write the page copy?
No. You send the facts as rough notes: what you move, where you work, how you price, your insurance. We lay them out into pages. Writing your content from scratch is not part of the plan, but rough notes are all we need.
Can you keep my existing domain?
Yes. The domain stays registered in your business name and we connect the new site to it. If you need a domain, you register it in your business name and pay the registrar.
How do I ask for an edit once the site is live?
Send a message with what should change and where. Up to 5 edits a month are included. Bigger changes are quoted first.
More of them, from billing to moving off an old site, sit on the asked and answered page.
We build websites. We are not a removal business, and nothing on this site is advice about moving, lifting or insurance cover.
Start the run with a call
Twenty minutes, nothing to prepare. You come off the call knowing which pages your site would carry, what the form would ask on each move size, and the full cost.
A$249 a month, A$499 setup, GST may apply. The price in full
We build and look after websites. We are not a removal business, and nothing we write for you is advice about moving, lifting or insurance cover.
