The site changes with the kind of moving work you sell

A studio pickup, an office relocation and a Sydney to Perth backload are sold in different words to different people. The plan is the same for every removal business; the pages and the quote form change to match your work.

Five kinds of removal business, five different websites

Find the row that sounds like your trucks. Each links to a page on what that kind of mover's site needs to carry.

Most removal businesses do more than one of these. Your site carries a section for each one you offer.
Kind of business What it sells What its website must carry
Local house movers Hourly house and unit moves within a city or region How your time is charged, a quote form by bedrooms and access, area pages with local detail, packing and insurance pages
Interstate removalists Long-distance moves by dedicated truck or backload Route pages, dedicated truck against backload side by side, transit insurance and storage explained
Office relocations Commercial moves around trading hours After-hours moves, IT and file handling, loading dock and lift bookings, a move-day checklist, site-visit booking
Man with a van and small moves Single items, studios and marketplace pickups A rate people understand, a short form with photo upload, tap-to-call, the suburbs you cover
Removals and storage Moves with storage in between The whole journey from pickup to delivery, changed settlement dates, access rules, storage insurance, a two-leg quote form

What every kind of mover gets

Different pages, the same foundations. These come with the plan whatever mix of moves you do.

Doing more than one kind of move

Most removalists don't fit one box. A local mover takes the odd interstate job; an interstate carrier stores goods between legs; an office mover does house moves for the staff. Your site gets a section for each service you actually provide, and the quote form opens with the question that sorts them: what size and kind of move is this?

The trap is the one-page site where house moves, offices and pianos share a paragraph. The office manager and the bloke shifting a fridge type different words into Google and want different answers, so each gets a page written for them.

Who the plan isn't for

Removal businesses outside Australia, anyone buying for personal use, and businesses that want paid ads managed or their content written for them. Those sit outside the plan, and we say so before you sign up rather than after.

Not sure which applies? What is on board goes through the plan part by part, and the demo sites put three kinds of mover side by side.

Not sure which kind of mover you are? Most are two.

We build and look after websites. We are not a removal business, and nothing we write for you is advice about moving, lifting or insurance cover.
